...until they decide that they want to fall out of the nest. We have heaps of birds that come to make their nests under a large building out back of our house. Most of them stay safely in the nest, but there are always the ones that get out too early. It bothers me to see them sitting around, because there isn't much you can do for them besides trying to put them back in the nest.
