After lunch, we debated about what we were going to do. We finally decided to take the ferry across the river and go to the little beaches along the river. However, once we got off the ferry we decided to make a spur of the moment visit to some friends in the area instead.
Fallon had to go back to what she needed to do at college, so Douglas talked Cullen and I into going to a big amusement park. My history of riding rides is filled with kiddie coasters and small thrill rides. I won't lie. The thought of going upside on a roller coaster made me feel sick. I had the idea that it would be a really intense experience that only the people with stone stomachs could handle. Douglas ordered Cullen and I on to the biggest coaster in the park which had vertical drops, loops, and steep hills. When our car rolled out of the station, I was already wondering why on earth I had put myself in this position. It interesting though how the things that seem so scary and big turn into things that are amazing and fun. I had a fantastic time riding the roller coaster! It was thrilling! We got into the park an hour before it closed and we literally ran from roller coaster to roller coaster. I think I've discovered a new love.

Sounds like such a blast! I LOVE roller coasters too. :) It's funny, I get car sick, but I rarely ever get sick on the most scary and steep roller coasters! They are just too fun. :)
