Doll Blog
The Heritage Clothesline
I watch people and if I see them do something successfully, especially in business, I feel encouraged to give it a try myself. One thing that I have noticed a large amount of doll seamstresses doing is establishing blogs to feature their work. Personally, the idea of blogging about anything to do with dolls is a little strange to me, but I have noticed that people who are doll lovers adore reading doll blogs and knowing what you are doing. I have decided to give it a go and blog about what I have been sewing to sell in hopes of drawing more attention to my business. I have had it up for a few days and people seem to really liking it. That's good for me and business!
School
Despite the fact that I have graduated from highschool, school continues on. I am preparing for college at home by taking CLEP tests. I'll be taking the college algebra test next week and I am already feeling nervous. Math is not my strong subject!
Running
I am still very much the runner, but due to a hip injury, I'm having a lot of trouble. I cannot go more than a mile before my hip begins to act up. Needless to say it is very discouraging, and I am worried about losing my ability to do a good run. I know that sounds silly, but the thought of having to go back to the beginning and rebuild what I have lost is a bad thought. To make up for it, I am doing more biking and aerobics and hoping for the best. :-)

Hi Micah,
I just recently found your blog, so I decided to comment and introduce myself. :-)
I've been homeschooled my whole life and now I'm finishing up my senior year of high school. I'm also one of 6 kids (but in this case I happen to be the oldest). I love reading, crocheting, and sewing (along with other things, of course).
I also enjoy drafting patterns for my litte sister's doll, so I would really love to see more of the clothes that you make. :-)

Hey Micah,
Nice picture!
I don't think I have ever commented on your blog, but my sister Morgan has.

P.S Hope to see you at the barn dance!
